It is necessary to record an employee’s wilsonjames.co.uk email address against their employee record for various reason. One of them being for the upcoming Concur Expense Module implementation. This will support the creating of a Concur account on that platform. Going forward and as part of the creation of an employee mailbox please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to SAP as usual. 2. Enter PA30 into the transaction code box – making sure that there are no warnings from payroll not to use that transaction code
3. Enter the personnel number and hit enter
4. Type 0105 and subtype WJEM in the following boxes and hit return
5. Click the “create” icon
6. Enter the email address and click save
