I am attempting to update the information on our company homepage under Company Notes, but I have not been successful.
I would like to add the contact information for SAP Concur Support so that users have easy access to this area.

Resolution/Answer

To update the Company Note information on your company homepage, please see below:

  • If it is Travel related, contact SAP Concur Support and refer the Support Analyst to this article.
  • If it is non-Travel related, the role of Company Info Administrator (also known as Concur Central Administrator) is required.

To check whether you have Company Info Administrator or need to add this role, reference the article: How do I review/assign/remove user Permissions/Roles?


Users with the role, Company Info Administrator, can follow the steps below:

  1. Select Home > Administration > Expense
  2. Click Company Info
  3. Select the information you would like to modify
  4. Click Modify
  5. In the Company Info section, type the updated content 
  6. Click Save

It's possible to add a link to the Company Info, in two different ways:

  • Pasting the URL in the URL field or
  • Using the hyperlink tool to create a hyperlink in a world of the text of the Company info
